Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You do not need a doctor’s referral for any of our services. If you have an extended health plan it’s best to check with your insurance company to make sure the treatment is covered.

Can you direct bill my extended health plan provider/insurance company?

We can bill directly to most of the major insurance companies. As each health/insurance plan is different please contact your extended health provider to verify your coverage.

Does MSP cover your treatments?

Eligibility for MSP coverage is determined by your income. Our front-end staff can check if you qualify for coverage using your personal health number. A portion of your visits will be covered but you will be responsible for a user fee of $37.

Do you treat patients that have ICBC claims?

If you have an approved claim the cost of your physiotherapy treatments will be covered. Please note that there is a nominal difference between the cost of massage therapy and ICBC coverage. You will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of your session. ICBC covers up to 25 visits if treatment is initiated within 12 weeks of the accident. Please provide us with your ICBC claim number, personal health number, date of injury and the name and contact info of your claim adjuster.

Do you accept WorkSafe BC (WSBC) claims?

Yes. if you are injured at work and have an approved WSBC claim, the full cost of your treatment will be directly billed to WSBC. We will need your WSBC claim number, personal health number, date of injury and the name and contact information of both your claim adjuster and employer.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash payments.
